Senior Business Analyst Ground Handling with Service Management Responsabilities
Mission:
Provide the best Industry and IT solutions expertise to CHAMP and key ground handling customers allow them to meet their strategic, financial and operational challenges. The position will interact primarily with Swissport.

Accountabilities:
The position holder is in general accountable for the accomplishment of following tasks:
Business Analysis Role:
• Apply business knowledge to analyze Customer(s) requirements, and define solutions to be provided by the most suitable technical application or combination of applications.
• Fully document functional and technical solutions, obtain customer approval prior to technical development, and ensure updated system support documentation is produced and at the time of implementation.
• Investigate operational problems, identify causes and support the testing and implementation of corrections.
• Provide business and functional support to the technical team during development, and test programs after completion to ensure compliance with the specification.Business Consulting Role:
• Provide expertise / perform consulting duties about Business best practices and CHAMP product best practices. The Business Consulting missions will be linked with the pre-sales, implementation or post implementation services of the delivery of CHAMP solutions and products.
• Lead the design of the solution that will be implemented at the Customer (s) to best meet their business model, including the use or internal products and external solutions
• Work with Product Management to ensure that the product evolution meets the customers’ needs. Test and accept product modifications against customer specifications.
• Provide business and functional (Level 3) support to the Service Desk in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 support of our Customers
Service Management Role:
• Own all aspects of the relationship with the Customer(s)
o Prime representation of CHAMP Cargosystems to the Customer(s)
o Represent the voice of the Customers in the CHAMP Cargosystems organization
• Responsible for delivery and monitoring of the weekly KPI’s to the Customer(s)
• Ensure appropriate billing of all products and services delivered to the Customer(s)
Knowledge and skills
• At least 5 years experience working for a ground handling actor of the Air Cargo Transport Industry (Handling Agent is an advantaged)
• Extensive knowledge of the cargo airline processes and the Cargo airlines actors.
• Good knowledge of IATA Cargo IMP messages
• Proven experience of successful customer relationship management and supplier management.
• Functional experience in Cargospot solution, preferably as a key user.
• Service oriented, solution oriented, strategic mindset and delivery focus person.
• Practical experience of the main IT processes : requirements management, development, integration, support, maintenance
• Good ability to communicate with business, IT and management with strong understanding of user roles and requirements.
• Good interpersonal, team building and communications skills
• Good analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving and consensus builder.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written) is mandatory ; other languages will be considered as assets
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
