Copywriter and Campaign Coordinator

Position Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Full – Time


Work closely with Senior Content Manager and Head of Marketing to support PR and Digital Marketing efforts. Responsibilities will include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Public Relations
    • Manage press release from start to finish including coordination with stakeholders, publishing on company intranet as well as on corporate website and media distribution tool
    • Draft standard value-based press releases
    • Update journalist database in media management tool
    • Publish / schedule Social Media posts

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Content: Drafting promotional content such as landing pages and email campaigns
    • Website: Create and publish actual landing pages, blog posts. Track and optimize content performance and work with Graphic Designer to enhance visualization on website
    • Email campaigns: Create webinar invites, newsletter emails.
    • Workflows: Assist with building automation programs & required content / comms elements
    • PPC: Assist with setting up Pay Per Click campaigns: LinkedIn, Google Ads and maybe Facebook

  • Day-to-day operations / planning
    • Assist with general tasks such as lead management, content inventory management and meeting preparations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must due to the nature of the role
    • Can write for an international audience – i.e. non-native English speakers
  • Understanding of anatomy of a press release, blog post, email campaign
  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in an international working environment
  • Highly organized to manage press release pipeline, all stakeholders and approvals
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO; interest in website publishing; experience in HubSpot and / or Meltwater is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment; ability to multi-task
  • Languages: English (Fluent)

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate in a Marketing Communications or English related subject
  • Some work experience / placements in Digital Marketing or Public Relations beneficial
  • A positive and strong “can-do” attitude
  • Willingness to make a difference and support a 4-people strong marketing team
