Legal and Compliance Specialist Luxembourg Headquarters

  • Maintain contract templates
  • Support the business on contract negotiating matters
  • Analyse any legal and compliance development issue related to the business activity with a special focus on IT
  • Participate in the organization of the corporate administration of the CHAMP entities, in particular the Board of Directors and shareholders’ meetings documentation
  • Formalize any corporate ordinary operation (including document notarization and legalization)
  • Archive the legal and corporate documents in collaboration with the Contract Administration Department
  • Follow the IP rights ordinary documents administration


  • Collaborate in the drafting and updating of corporate policies and procedures
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and revisions of internal policies and procedures and related compliance activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Business-oriented, transparent, proactive and meticulous
  • Relating openly and comfortably with different groups of people
  • Be trustworthy, honest, business minded and support the values of the company
  • Comfortable working both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Solid computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in law, economy, political sciences or in another relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar position, ideally with an exposure to IT industry compliance issues or another related field
