Recently, United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that it will be changing the way import declaration replies are transmitted. If you are currently using standard airline networks for sending declarations to CBP and expect to receive a response on those networks, this change may affect you and your business. Depending on your current IT systems capabilities - carriers, handlers, and some forwarders may need to find new methods to submit cargo data to US customs prior to loading shipments.

If you are a CHAMP Cargospot customer – you may already be able to fulfill these new rules. If not, Traxon Global Customs (TGC), can fulfill this requirement with the most minimal implementation period.

About Traxon Global Customs

TGC lets information be exchanged with various country customs authorities regardless of format, communications protocols or processing rules.
