As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent that supports organizational objectives. You will deliver targeted sourcing strategies, build sustainable talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and leverage recruitment data to drive informed hiring decisions. Through strong stakeholder partnership, operational excellence, compliance, confidentiality, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, you will help build a high-performing workforce that enables business growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake discussions, job brief calibration, job posting, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, hiring manager alignment, offer support, and seamless onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through tailored sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple channels and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent aligned with business needs.
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience through timely communication and consistent support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles, assess talent market dynamics, and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Partner with HR Operations, onboarding teams, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth handoff from accepted offer to onboarding.
- Ensure a consistent, documented, and compliant recruitment process that adheres to country-specific employment regulations, GDPR data protection requirements, and company policies throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while fostering effective communication and collaboration with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics and pipeline health, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Leverage recruitment data and insights to identify process bottlenecks, optimize sourcing channel effectiveness, anticipate hiring delivery risks, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring teams and the Manager, Talent Management.
- Support continuous improvement in recruitment effectiveness by documenting best practices, refining recruitment resources, providing market intelligence, and driving alignment in hiring processes across the organization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices while ensuring alignment with local cultural norms and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Strong understanding and knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, and candidate attraction strategies
- Knowledge of employer branding, candidate experience best practices, and recruitment marketing strategies. Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager advisory capabilities.

Education and Experience:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent degree.
- 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including end-to-end recruitment in a global environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience sourcing and hiring for niche, hard-to-fill positions
The selected candidate may be subject to the provision of an up-to-date (not older than 3 months) criminal record certificate.
