My name is David Juarez, I work for AGI Cargo and my position at the company is Innovations Program Manager.
We have two modules. We have the handling module of Cargospot, and we also have the mobile module.
The Cargospot Handling system: It has become a very important application for the company. The app gives you the opportunity to do things at the moment, above all.
The one where a charter flight comes in and we get notified at the last minute that we have to manage it within the system. The ability to do that in an instant is key to the business. With us working on it and ensuring everything goes well.
They are available at any time, really, and I think that’s what we think helps foster a good relationship regarding implementations.
Don’t be afraid; CHAMP is in a position where it is moving forward with a lot of projects. In an industry that I feel it’s about to grow isn’t it? It’s [the industry] a little behind schedule, but CHAMP us helping everything grow. Right?
