We are currently looking for a Head of Product Delivery to join our team. This role will report to the VP Cargo Management Portfolio and will play a critical leadership role in driving the delivery of strategic programs, supporting product and sales initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of major customer implementations and customizations.

Responsibilities:
The Head of Product Delivery is accountable for the following key responsibilities:
Product & Program Delivery- Lead the delivery of major tier-1 customer programs and strategic implementations.
- Support the Product Management and Sales teams in responding to major bids and RFPs, bringing strong delivery and technical expertise.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure delivery alignment with product strategy, quality, and customer expectations.
- Work with Global Sales to grow the top line and win major customers and projects by providing domain expertise, sales support materials and conducting onsite and remote presentations and creation of proposals.
- Ensure software developments are delivered to agreed plans (i.e. schedule, budget and quality targets)
- Manage change to software development plans and requirements, assessing impact and prioritizing with stakeholders
- Participate in strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products
- Understand and stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure our products stay architecturally up to date
- Work with QAs and Quality Manager to ensure all projects and products are delivered and implemented as per expected quality.
- Maximize the automation of quality assurance in CHAMP products under your direction.
- Provide leadership and direction to your team, growing and nurturing a high-performing culture.

- Manage and develop your direct reports
- Supervise organizational development, recruiting and career development of your division in conjunction with the HR department
- Plan and manage budgets for your division, ensuring appropriate resource availability for CHAMP to deliver its goals and growth targets
- Provide program-level leadership during complex customer customizations and implementations.
- Act as a key interface between CHAMP and major customers, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage external vendors and partners involved in CHAMP’s delivery value chain, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
- Governance & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with project and product leadership to ensure consistent delivery methodologies and governance.
- Participate in internal governance and steering groups to drive delivery performance.
- Provide hands-on support and mentoring to delivery teams when necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Strong delivery and program management background in complex software or platform environments.
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with product, sales, and delivery stakeholders.Experience in customer-facing roles with tier-1 clients in the air cargo or logistics domain is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
- 10+ years of IT/delivery management experience, ideally in product or platform businesses.
- Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation programs.
- Air cargo, airline, or logistics industry experience is a strong plus.
The selected candidate may be subject to the provision of an up-to-date (not older than 3 months) criminal record certificate.
