Lead Product Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join our team.
The role will be reporting to Product Manager.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Analysts in the successful specification and delivery of large-scale customization and implementation projects for major airline customers.
- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of product features and solutions to ensure readiness for customer implementation.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate and lead functional design workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Leverage business knowledge to translate customer needs into functional requirements and drive solution design. Apply deep business knowledge to translate customer needs into functional requirements and drive solution design.
- Oversee and ensure documentation of functional and technical specifications, and validate alignment with client requirements.
- Create detailed business process workflows, UI designs, and mockups to reflect real-world user interaction.
- Support the Sales team by leading product demonstrations and functional deep-dives for airline stakeholders.
- Support migrations and new implementations by providing consulting, training, and on-site support when necessary.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action guidance.
- Build and maintain regression test libraries and contribute to the development of automated testing processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in leading functional analysis and product delivery initiatives in a complex software environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills; experience managing small groups of analysts.
- Expert-level knowledge of air cargo business processes and operations (strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of relational databases, industry-standard messaging formats (e.g., IATA), and enterprise interfacing systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities for client-facing engagements.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to remain effective under pressure.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in business analysis, product design, or systems implementation within the IT or air cargo industry.
- Previous experience in a lead or senior analyst role is preferred.
