Reporting to the Director e-Cargo services, you will be accountable for the Business support of CHAMPs regulatory compliance services namely Traxon Global Customs (TGC) and Traxon Global Security (TGS).

We are currently looking for a Head of Sales – Global Distribution Services (GDS) to join our team.
The Head of Sales – Global Distribution Services is a key position in the CHAMP group and will be responsible for managing a team of experienced sales personnel and will be responsible for executing and designing the sales strategy for an assigned product portfolio.
The position holder will also drive and oversee the key account relationship management of some of CHAMP’s most important clients.
The Head of Sales – Global Distribution Services reports to the Director Global Sales & Account Management but liaises also in an open and collaborative manner with all CHAMP group sales personnel.
The position holder will work in close collaboration with operations, product management, finance and marketing and ensure that the sales team is winning new accounts & clients whilst maintaining & growing existing ones.
Defining team performance standards and managing performance against these ones will be also part of the responsibilities and clearly reflects our target- driven management principles.
Based in Frankfurt/Main the position requires a regular and full-time presence as well as a flexible work schedule. The position holder will be required to travel internationally to meet key customer and prospective accounts. In some instances, the position holder will also be asked to represent the company at specific fairs and customer events / engagement and be CHAMP’s representative as some industry focused working groups.
